Come by on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am for our delicious brunch menu that includes Wood-Fired Cinnamon Rolls, bacon-topped Breakfast Sandwiches, Stuffed Challah French Toast, Calabrese Home Fries, and more.

Do you ever just mess around and order the entire menu when you go out? Same. Here’s a recap of my brunch test-drive last weekend, where I basically did just that, for inspo.

Let’s start things off with some brunch sides with Main Character Energy:

Applewood smoked bacon, Calabrese Home Fries ($7), and Wood-Fired Cinnamon Rolls ($14)

The wood-fired Cinnamon Rolls are a thing of beauty. I’m reminded that technically, everything is bite-size if you just shove the whole thing in your mouth…

Moving right along to what is arguably the perfect food: The Breakfast Sandwich. I mean think about it. It’s handheld, it’s loaded with protein (eggs, cheese), carbs to help move your hangover right along (a delicious brioche bun), and, if you so choose, add the holy grail of brunch accoutrements, some crunchy bacon.

Breakfast Sandwich ($6, add bacon +$2)

You can’t do salty without sweet at brunch - that’s literally the law, sorry, we don’t make the rules - so wash down your sandwich with a beautiful stack of beer-battered (yes.) Challah French Toast topped with cream cheese stuffing + strawberries.

Stuffed French Toast, $14

Toss in a wood-fired pizza, like the All-In Pizza (crème fraiche, bacon, scrapple, sausage, egg, mozzarella, American cheese, maple syrup, $17) and you’ve officially won the weekend.

Wash it all down with a brunch cocktail like the “Express Yourself” (Summer in your mouth; vodka, watermelon, mint, citrus and soda” or a beautiful draught pour of the raspberry and hibiscus tinged Dock Street Barracuda and you’re golden, baby.

See you this weekend at Dock Street South!
