KITCHEN: Line Cook, Part time

Dock Street Brewery and Restaurant is seeking experienced, talented line cook for our busy brewpub in University City. 

Our menu is based around award-winning, wood-fired gourmet pizza made with hand-tossed dough and cooked in a wood-burning oven. Other specialties include sandwiches, house-made burgers and apps (like our Trio Fries) and a Sunday Brunch menu.

Our kitchen is successful, reputable and fast paced. A desire to learn and grow in the culinary/ brewpub industry is needed. This is a great opportunity in a professional, forward-thinking, progressive (and yes, fun) brewpub environment.

Position is part time but can lead to full time.
