We have seven beers - six on tap and one in a cask - at our brewpub, and they rotate often. Some of them come straight from the tanks - can't get fresher than that!
Our brewers are constantly coming up with new recipes, experimenting with ingredients, or reviving old classics from our thirty year portfolio of brews. We have a solid roster of year-round staples, like our Rye IPA, and seasonals like our Bohemian Pilsner, Man Full of Trouble Porter, and Summer in Berlin that make regular appearances. We strive to complement these mainstays with more creative, eclectic brews, featuring anything from wild yeasts and bacteria, fresh fruits and veggies, chocolate, coffee, spices, teas, various wine and spirit barrels, brains (this one time), Himalayan Pink Salt, and even the musical stylings of Wu Tang Clan.

BEAN2BEAN ESPRESSO STOUT
8.5% 52 IBU
Intense aromas of espresso and dark chocolate precede this rich elegant stout. Medium bodied with a pleasant sweetness. Infused with cold brewed coffee using Bean2Bean espresso.
GOLDEN IPA #19
5.2% 40 IBU
Batch #19 of our evolving series is an experiment with Galena hops. A slightly sweet body is balanced my gentle bitterness. Hopped exclusively with Galena in the kettle, this beer is then dry hopped with Mosaic, Galena, Centennial, and Cascade. Aromas and flavors of peaches and citrus with a slight grassiness.
International IPA - 6.5% 40 IBUs
This crystal-clear golden ale is made with Marris Otter and just a touch of caramel malt. Twice hopped with significant additions of East Kent Golding, as well as a bit of Simcoe to round it out. Slightly sweet and balanced with a characteristic bready flavor of English malts. Aromas of floral honey, white grape juice, and malt.
PRISONER OF HELL
Belgian Tripel - ABV 8%, 33 IBUs
This straw-colored ale tempts with a robust aroma of tropical fruits, floral hops, and doughy malt. Flavors of bubblegum, herbs and spice, and a slight tartness make this devilish beer dangerously drinkable. A dose of black, white, and green peppercorns create a spicy finish that builds as you continue to sip.
HOPPED BASTOGNE ALE
ABV 5.0% 20 IBUs
We brewed this beer using a Trappist style yeast that produces a characteristically dry and slightly acidic finish. Gently dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade, subtle aromas of citrus and spice fill the nose. This beer is pale in color with a creamy white head, light bodied, and very refreshing.
ROTATING BEER ON CASK:
Prince Myshkin Russian Imperial Stout
Developed in England prior to refrigeration, beer was conditioned and served at ‘cellar temperature’ (55-60 F). Post fermentation, un-carbonated beer is casked with doses of yeast and sugar. A secondary fermentation occurs, producing alcohol and CO2, which dissolves and naturally carbonates the beer. Expect a gently carbonated pour, showcasing different flavors and aromas at warmer temperatures. We always have new beers waiting in the wings, so this list is subject to change. (But we promise, whatever else is on tap next will be just as great.)
