We switched to aquaponic greens from WeFeedUs in Carlisle, PA for our salads and our wraps, burgers, and veggie burger fixin's. Don't think aquaponic production is cool? Uh, yeah it is, and here's why. (Hint: Fish are involved in growing your lettuce. And vice-versa.)

Pink Talking Fish (and Jam Session IPA) at Ardmore Music Hall
Pink Talking Heads is playing two nights this weekend at one of our favorite spots, Ardmore Music Hall. The band came by the brewery to create Pink Talking Fish Jam Session IPA with us, a sessionable, slightly hazy IPA with lots of hops but a very subtle bitterness. Hibiscus is also in the mix. The beer will be on tap both nights, and the first 100 people to snap it up with get a free pint glass.
