4% ABV 4 IBUs - Berliner Weisse style brewed with Raspberry and Hibiscus. Pours an alluring rose-colored hue and drinks lightly tart with a delightful fruity and floral flavor.

7% ABV 50 IBUs - Hazy IPA brewed with lots of oats and wheat for a smooth body and hopped heavily with Krush, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Simcoe Cryo.

12% Alc. by Vol. - A blend of barrel aged Imperial Stout from 2022's batch of our beloved Prince Myshkin aged for 20 months in a selection of three varieties of whiskey barrels, each with their own distinct characteristics. As a compliment to the full roasted body of our RIS, these barrels imbued flavors and aromas of vanilla, oak, cherry, molasses, and a light fruitiness. The maturation process also rounds out the body, creating a smooth and refined mouthfeel that further elevates the drinking experience. Dark, rich, and full of complex flavor, this beer will keep you coming back for more. Available in 6oz and 10oz pours.

4.8% 53 IBU - Italian Style Pilsner. Carefully decocted to develop a delicate and crisp malt base, onto which an assertive noble hop profile is built with frequent kettle additions of Czech Saaz and German Hallertau Blanc. Dry hopped post fermentation with Blanc and Saaz.

8.5% ABV 85 IBUs - Double Dry Hopped Hazy DIPA brewed with wheat and oats. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops. Juicy, sticky, dank.

5% ABV 30 IBUs - Brewed in the style of the original pilsner beers of Bohemia. A grist consisting solely of German pilsner malt is carefully decocted to produce a bright golden color and soft, nutty malt flavor. The wort is hopped frequently and exclusively with Czech Saaz hops, is fermented cool and slowly, and then lagered extensively. The final product is crisp and refreshing with a gentle noble hop nose and clean dry finish.

ABV 5.2% 30 IBUs - A liquid nod to the only pre-revolutionary tavern still standing in The City of Brotherly Love. “Man Full of Trouble” was one of Colonial Philadelphia’s first watering holes. This London Style Porter was brewed with “Old-World” in mind. Black and chocolate malts create its deep mahogany appearance and creamy espresso-like flavor. A blend of English hops lends a delicate earthy presence.

6.0% ABV 45 IBUs - American IPA - We designed this golden-hued, clear IPA so that hop flavor and aroma are the primary experience. Oats and a touch of caramel malt make for a mouth coating light body balanced with medium bitterness. Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops create flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and just a hint of pine. Can art, featuring a gold doubloon and our trademark anchor, by Philly-based artist Eric Hinkley.

6.9% - American Cider Hopped with Citra. For one to be oafish, awkward, and clumsy enough to be called a “lummox” can be a real downer! Coming from a grandparent, it could be closer to a term of endearment. We find a similar charm in the way Citra hops add a bright counterpoint to the fruity qualities of this cider.
