DOCK STREET SOUTH RESERVATION POLICY:
No reservations needed; first come, first seated in our dining room or outdoor seating area (weather permitting), or grab a seat at the bar for full service, a full menu, and a front-row seat by the wood-burning pizza oven and window overlooking the brewery at both locations.
Still want to make a reservation? We only accept reservations for groups of 10+ people; all other parties are first come, first served.
Please note that depending on the day/date, private events, and other goings-on, we may not be able to accept every request.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
DEPOSITS: We require a deposit for your reservation. The purpose of the deposit is to hold your table/s. If you do not arrive for your reservation without informing us in advance by phone, your deposit will be forfeited. In rare occasions, we can offer you a refund or a gift certificate for the amount, but we strongly request that you notify us by calling the restaurant with updates about arrival. This really helps not only our staff, but other guests who would love your table if you're not going to use it!
Please note that we will hold your reserved tables for 15 minutes past your reservation start time. If only part of the group arrives by 30 min past the reservation start time, we may begin to release the unused tables and chairs to the public. Please stay in touch by calling me directly or calling the restaurant at 215-337-3103. (Emails are not constantly monitored, especially during busy dining periods, so we kindly ask that you call with arrival updates please!)
ARRIVAL TIME/LATENESS: Let us know if you’re running late. We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time before assuming you stood us up, after which we’ll offer the space to other guests. Your party will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forefeited. If you give us a heads up that you’re behind, we may be better able accommodate you and may be able to avoid charging your card.
We have a small, open kitchen and everything is made fresh to order in front of your eyes, so as you can imagine, sudden large orders can really give our chefs an unintended stress test. In order to streamline, depending on the group size and day/date, we may ask for a pre-order for food, and will provide a suggested sample menu (based on your party size and any special requests) to give you an idea of quantity, cost, etc. You can make changes, swaps, etc when you're here, but it really helps our kitchen prep in advance and make sure all your food comes out at the same time.
Your table is reserved for up to three hours. After that, we welcome you to stick around, but most kindly request that you head over to either of our two bar areas to continue the fun.
Unless you’re lucky enough to have that one friend whose favorite words are “It’s all on me, guys”, we understand that you may be sharing the tab. We certainly accommodate splitting the bill, but can only accept up to six credit cards per party.
A gratuity and service charge totaling 20%-23% will be added automatically at the end of your meal.
We offer several dessert options, but you’re welcome to bring your own cake if you’d prefer. A plating fee of $4/slice will be added.
