It must be September, because Baltimore Ave is shutting down for some free hip-hop.

The Neighborhood to Neighborhood Festival, presented by State Senator Anthony Williams and Black Women in Sports Foundation, starts at 12pm and ends at 8pm, and Dock Street is the perfect front row seat to take in the show as you eat wood-fired pizza and drink craft beer. Dock Street Cannery + Tasting Lounge will also be open at 4pm for cocktails, beer and wine.

In past years, artists such as Common, Mos Def, Macy Gray, and Chaka Khan have all graced the stage at N2NFestival. This year's fest is a tribute to Prince, and will include performances by DJ Questlove, Shelia E., and more.
