We didn’t win - we lost to Royal Boucherie, Top Chef Nick Elmi’s newest spot in Old City - but we were in some seriously great company, including Oloroso, Friday Saturday Sunday, Suraya, Philadelphia Distilling and of course, Royal Boucherie.
