Bohemian Dock Street Pilsner is brewed in the style of the original Pilsner beers of Bohemia, in what is now the Czech Republic, in a tradition that dates to 1842. We use costly Bohemian Saaz hops and pale imported malts to produce its rich golden color, and soft malty flavor using traditional techniques of the old world. True Pilsners are the most difficult to brew as there are no dark malts or flavorings used to mask flaws. Pilsner is the best known style of beer in the world. A good pilsner balances hops and malts to a refreshing, clean tasting, every-mood kind of beer. The Bohemian can stand alone or join a party easily.

The Bohemian Pilsner is rated one of the "top 50 beers in the world" (Stuart Kallen, Citadel Press Book, 1997).

To develop the Bohemian we tasted and tweaked the formula until we were satisfied with the balance and softness of body. Finally we were confident that the results would please those uncompromising individuals who demand a great flavor experience at competitive pricing. The Bohemian is a crisp zeitgeist flavored, medium bodied lager, pale golden in color. It is admired for its smoothness and soft finish. It allows a good introduction for the newer beer drinker who wants good tasting, balanced and quenching beer.

Bohemian is drinker friendly & offers the opportunity to acquire a taste for really good, non mainstream beer.
