ABV 5.3% 35 IBUs / Pale Ale / This hazy, straw-hued, light bodied Pale Ale is brewed with 2-Row, Munich, and Flaked Wheat which makes for a silky smooth body with a mildly sweet backbone. Hopped with all late stage and dry additions of Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe. Aromas and flavors of bold citrus and tropical fruit. Drink, repeat.
ABV 5% 25 IBUs / The flagship Dock Street beer from the 1980's, made right here in West Philly. Brewed with American Cascade hops and 2-row pale and caramel malts. It's medium-bodied, exceptionally balanced and always admired for its clean smooth finish.

2016 PRINCE MYSHKIN
ABV 9.8% 71 IBUs / Russian Imperial Stout / Cellared for 18 months. Pours a deep, opaque, midnight-black, with a dense milk chocolate colored head. Brewed with a large percentage of roasted and chocolate malts for depth and complexity. Flavors are reminiscent of dark fruits, chocolate and sandalwood, making Prince Myshkin’s Stout perfect for dessert, or a dangerously smooth nightcap.
IMPERIAL RYE IPA
8.2% ABV 69 IBU - DIPA - A beefed up and boozier version of our flagship Rye IPA. Hopped at over 3lb/bbl with Summit, Simcoe, and Amarillo and balanced with a malt backbone bolstered by Rye, Caramel malt, and Midnight Wheat. Pours a deep copper brown with red undertones and a frothy tan head. The high percentage of Rye gives a full mouthfeel and a spicy body, while the heavy hopping provides notes of citrus, pine, and illicit dankness.
ABV 6.0% 45 IBUs / American IPA / We designed this golden-hued, clear IPA so that hop flavor and aroma are the primary experience. Oats and a touch of caramel malt make for a mouth coating light body balanced with medium bitterness. Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops create flavors and aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and just a hint of pine.
