Dock Street Amber Ale

ABV 5% 25 IBU's

The flagship Dock Street recipe brewed fresh right here at our local brewery in West Philly. Brewed with American Cascade hops and 2-row pale and caramel malts. It is full bodied, exceptionally balanced, and always admired for its clean smooth finish.

Royal Bohemian Pilsner

ABV 5% 40 IBU's

Brewed in the style of the original pilsner beers of Bohemia in a tradition that dates back to 1842. We use pale malts and a generous amount of Bohemian Saaz Hops to produce a golden color, soft, nutty malt flavor and floral hop bouquet.

Rye IPA

ABV 6.8% 64 IBU's

An aggressively hopped American Style Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops. The use of 20% rye gives this ale a unique dry and spicy character.

Summer Session

ABV 5% 18 IBU’s

A refreshing session brew just in time for hot time summer in the city. Brewed with 50% wheat and aurora hops, this ale is then spiced with lemon grass and a hefty dose of fresh ginger root. Pale golden in color with a grassy nose. Floral up front with nuances of fresh lemon zest and ginger, followed by a dry thirst-quenching acidity in the finish.

Man full of Trouble Porter

ABV 6% 27 IBU's

A nod to the only pre-revolutionary tavern still standing in the city, “Man Full of Trouble” was one of Colonial Philadelphia’s first watering holes. This brown porter was brewed with “old-world” style in mind. Black and chocolate malts create its deep mahogany appearance and creamy nutty flavor. A blend of American Centennial and English Fuggles hops lends a delicate hop presence.

Satellite Espresso Stout

ABV 5.5% 27 IBU’

A bold roasty stout brewed with organic fair trade espresso beans. A tribute to the best coffee house in town. Coffee lovers will easily embrace this delicious brew.  Coffee is added at three different points during the brewing process for full integration of flavor and aroma; coarse ground beans are added in the mash, cold steeped coffee goes into the fermenter, and then the whole batch is "dry-hopped" in the bright tank with additional coffee beans.
